One major problem in electrical/electronics fields, which are expected to grow in the future due to the use of EVs, etc., is the generation of heat.Electrical/Electronic parts often have degraded performance and a shorter lifespan due to the generation of heat.Therefore, technology that more efficiently and cheaply dissipates heat is vital, and this is one form of technology that we are focusing on.
Heat dissipation technology
We design heat-dissipating parts that would otherwise suffer degraded performance due to the heat generated by semiconductors, electronic parts, and motors so that heat dissipation is performed optimally.We also actively design parts with multiple functions that integrate a heat-dissipating design into the case design.
